Consultations and quotes
Consultations are free. Bring your ideas, preferred placement, approximate size and reference images. What you are quoted is what you pay for the agreed design and scope. If you request changes, we will discuss and agree on any revised quote before proceeding.
Your design and placement
Your artist will review the design, size and placement with you before tattooing. Please check spelling, dates and other details carefully. You can ask questions or request adjustments before approving the stencil. Reference images guide the conversation; your artist may adapt a design to suit your skin and placement.
Booking and deposits
Before collecting a deposit, we will explain the amount, what it secures, how it applies to your final payment, and the cancellation and rescheduling terms. Your booking confirmation will record these terms. Please contact the studio before paying if anything is unclear.
Cancellations, lateness and studio changes
Please contact us as soon as you know you cannot attend or will be late. The notice period and any effect on your deposit must be stated in your booking confirmation. If your artist needs to reschedule, we will contact you and explain your options.
Age, identification and consent
Please confirm the age and identification requirements for your chosen service before booking. Bring valid government-issued photo identification and complete the appropriate consent form before your appointment. Tattoo and piercing requirements may differ.
Comfort and respect
Tell us about any privacy or accessibility needs when booking so we can discuss arrangements. You may ask for a break or stop the session. We expect respectful behaviour toward clients and staff; harassment or abusive conduct is not acceptable.
Preparing for your visit
Arrive clean and wear comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being tattooed. Attend sober. Tell your artist if you feel unwell or have concerns that may affect your appointment. Ask your artist before applying numbing products.
Aftercare and touch-ups
Your artist will explain aftercare and how to contact the studio with questions. Touch-up eligibility, timing, costs and any placement exclusions should be explained before your appointment. Contact us with your booking details and a clear photo if you would like your artist to review the result.
Photos and privacy
We will ask permission before using identifiable photographs of you for studio marketing. Let your artist know your preferences. Please respect other clients’ privacy when taking photos in the studio.
Virtual tattoo previews
The try-on tool helps you explore placement and appearance. It does not measure real tattoo size, track or wrap around your body, predict healing, or reserve a design. Uploaded photos and stencils are processed on your device by this tool. Saving downloads a preview; sending that image to the studio is your choice. Final design and placement are agreed with your artist.
