Rey

My path into tattooing was shaped by healing. I spent 10 years as a registered hemodialysis nurse in the Philippines, caring for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Through that experience, I learned that healing goes beyond the physical—it is emotional, spiritual, and deeply personal.

Art became my own form of therapy, a space where I found balance, expression, and meaning. Over time, I realized that tattooing carries the same power. I believe tattooing is a form of therapy—a collaborative process where stories, pain, growth, and identity are transformed into something permanent and empowering.

With 3 years of professional experience, my work focuses on realism and free-hand authentic Polynesian tattoos. I approach each piece with intention, respect, and cultural awareness, allowing the design to flow naturally with the body and the story behind it.

Although I shifted from healthcare to art, my purpose remains the same: to help people in every way I can. Through tattooing, I continue to offer healing—now through ink, connection, and meaningful storytelling.
